MTP is an extensive 5-year program that prepares the MTO (Management Training Officer) to assume a leadership position within the bank at the end of the program duration, whereby the MTO is expected to acquire skills in the areas of management, banking techniques and sales/business development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Heavy exposure to diverse banking operations (branches and departments
- Rotation among different positions
- Achieving sales targets in branches
- Business development
- Conducting financial analysis of credit and loan applications
- Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
Special skills required
- Fluency of speech and writing ability in Arabic, English / French
- Sales-oriented and ability to conduct business development activities
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Flexibility to assume various roles in branches and departments as specified by the program
