- Manage the Installation department, and coordinate products delivery.

- Review the production order submitted by the sales department.

- Control finished products quality and conformity to client approved shop drawing.

- Supervise the installation & delivery section, and/or installation of the products.

- Supervise the workshop team and support them when clarification and details are needed.

- Ensure control on the manufactured products upon completion.

- Meet on a weekly basis with the salesmen to discuss different production alternatives.

- Ensure Weekly Meetings with the general manager in order to follow up on ongoing projects.

- Responsible for the technical relation with the principles.

- Control the activity and the good work of delivery and installation section.

- Setting daily work schedules for the team and following up on the attendance.
