- To schedule appointments, answer telephones, give information To callers and route To appropriate persons.
- To organise the meetings of the executive
- To follow up on office stationary and equipment maintenance
- To ensure typing & printing of executives correspondence and documents as required
- To establish file registration and recording system for incoming/outgoing memos, letters and other forms of correspondence.
- To locate and append appropriate files and other records To correspondence To be answered by the executive.
- To manage the executive agenda and planning
- To report all problems as they arise.
- To route incoming and outgoing mail To the appropriate destination
- To ensure proper filing and archiving.
- To organise travel and conferences.
- To generate reports as required.
- To update continually the project list other than the one of manroland on quarterly basis.
- To update company’s public contact folders
- To handle clients’ monthly statements and letters. (Faxes, email...)
Requirements
Fluent in English & Arabic; Computer Literate.
