Customer Service Officer

Working Schedule: M-F (8 - 5 PM) / Sat (rotation - 1 Sat per month) (8-12 pm)

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting and marketing of all Arope products through assigned BLOM branch - Contact current and prospective customers to promote, sell and explain products; identify cross-selling opportunities; Maintain active and regular contact with customers
- Assist customers by identifying and analyzing their needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and
retention of business
- Assist existing customers with questions on their policies and the coverage provided
- Assist customers with questions regarding their policy billing and resolve related concerns
- Review on a continuous basis renewals of policies, claims, proposals, etc.;
